ZIKZAK Architects with BIM-design technology used the site’s capabilities to the maximum, using non-standard architectural and planning solutions:

• monolithic-frame structure minimized the integration of load-bearing structures into the interior;
• the heart of the house is a kitchen-living room and an open pergola with access to the terrace and aquazone;
• master bedroom with panoramic glazing, pergola, terrace and a swimming pool – in the south-west, for long-term natural lighting of the interior;
• the private part of the house is separated from the utility, playroom and garage;
• the house has 5 bedrooms with dressing rooms, three bathrooms, a sauna, playroom, kitchen-living room, garage for 2 cars, furnace and laundry room with access to the backyard;
• cascade structure of the house with a raised one-and-a-half level of the kitchen-living room provides natural lighting with a second light and stained-glass windows of the pergola.
