The plot on which the house is designed is located in a century-old pine forest. The main wish of the client is to harmoniously fit the housing into the environment, while maintaining space and functionality. While developing the design of the private house Wood House, our team strove to integrate the main building and the rest of the buildings into the structure of the site as much as possible, in order to preserve the perennial pine trees and the existing landscape.
House design, equipped with advanced energy saving technologies and equipped with modern engineering systems. It was finished with natural materials and a traditional layout with optimal location on the cardinal points for maximum illumination of living areas and revealing panoramic views from all rooms.
So the ZIKZAK Architects design studio designed a modern and spacious building, with a two-story living room, a dining room with overlooking the landscaping of the site, a large outdoor terrace with an outdoor barbecue and an outdoor pool surrounded by centuries-old pine trees.
