GLORIA BUSINESS PARK

We are proud to present our project for the entrance area and lobby interiors of the Gloria Business Park office building. This project embodies the modern, organic coexistence of nature and advanced technology.

The design concept unites these two worlds, reflecting in both the exterior and the interior, creating a harmonious whole.

The entrance area is a bright, spacious zone featuring perforations on the walls, a pattern that continues inside the building, emphasizing the unity of the design. A plant composition integrated into the stairs with a ramp conceptually matches the futuristic forms of the facade.

The interior lighting elements extend outside, creating the effect of sun rays. Through the glass entrance doors, an art object is visible, intriguing from the outside and welcoming guests as they enter.

The office building was converted from an industrial facility. We preserved some characteristic elements of the old structure, updating and highlighting them. For example, we added visual contrast to the stairwell core, making it a focal point. The stairs are enclosed with perforated screens (repeating the exterior pattern) and given a reddish-brown hue. This color stands out against the calm, light background and is echoed in the room’s accent elements.

The reception area catches attention with a counter made of reddish-brown metal and bright light fixtures. An art object near the entrance embodies the idea of merging nature, high technology, and the uniqueness of the business park’s residents.

For guests and residents, we designed cozy waiting and lounge areas. These spaces feature highly comfortable minimalist hybrid furniture that can be adjusted for different seating types.

A highlight of the elevator lobby is an installation symbolizing the symbiosis of nature and technology. Behind semi-matte glass panels, a plant installation is illuminated from within by warm light.

The entrance area and lobbies of Gloria Business Park are more than just interior spaces; they are the building’s business cards. These areas convey the values of the owners, customer orientation, and respectful attitude towards guests and residents. The design reflects the business park’s DNA: a modern, innovative approach to business in tandem with sensitivity to nature and detail.
