Creating the design of the lobby of the Time business class residential complex, ZIKZAK Architects took into account that the construction of a residential complex is a long process. Moreover, interior solutions should remain relevant long after the completion of the construction work. The finishes have been used in a discreet color scheme using premium fine porcelain stoneware.
TIME
The lobby of the Time residential complex boasts a laconic design, striking a perfect balance between black and white colors, ensuring a timeless and sophisticated aesthetic that transcends the completion of construction work. The focal point is an exquisite suspended mirror art object — a gracefully designed drop.
The lobby is designed with a blend of minimalist purity, using serene white and dark gray colors. Accent lighting adds coziness, and eco-friendly materials and textural surfaces bring both luxury and environmental consciousness. The waiting area within the lobby is luxurious and well-defined, featuring a strategically placed and easy-to-maintain carpet for a practical yet distinctive touch.
The elevator hallway embraces an earthy aesthetic, with organic shapes and a palette of light beige and dark grey. A focal point is a large conceptual minimalist object on a wall, enhancing the space with its artistic presence. The overall design harmonizes with organic shapes and curved lines, creating a visually engaging and cohesive environment.
