Restaurant ETHNO Wins at LIV Hospitality Design Awards!

Our restaurant, ETHNO, has been recognized with the prestigious LIV Hospitality Design Award, winning in the Interior Design Restaurant – Casual category!

ETHNO is where Ukrainian heritage meets contemporary design. Majestic branching trees symbolize deep-rooted traditions, while delicate red threads pay homage to the vyshyvanka. Handmade wall panels, clay pottery, and motanka dolls weave a rich cultural narrative, while a suspended structure resembling a traditional Ukrainian house roof, adorned with red hay, completes the immersive experience.

ETHNO is more than just a restaurant—it’s a story told through light, textures, and form. We’re honored by this recognition and deeply grateful to our team for bringing this vision to life.
