In the ambitious project of ING Bank, ZIKZAK Architects had a mission to harmonize the elements of design, functionality, and corporate identity into an effective office of an international bank. This undertaking represents a meticulous orchestration of space that transcends the mundane, defining a new standard for the contemporary banking workspace.
ING BANK
Our design narrative revolves around the essence of a bright and open workspace. A vibrant color palette, dominated by accent yellow-orange hues, instills energy and dynamism, while wooden accents add warmth and sophistication.
The office intelligently balances various functional zones. An autonomous client area ensures a personalized banking experience, while a dedicated boardroom caters to high-level meetings. Focus rooms provide individual workspaces, and a separate dining area with a kitchen promotes a sense of community.
Tangerine trees grace each floor, not just as decorative elements but as living entities that harmonize with the bank’s corporate color scheme. The thoughtful integration of nature reflects the bank’s commitment to balance and environmental consciousness.
A distinctive feature is the event and training area, equipped with a sliding partition. This innovative element seamlessly transforms the space, creating two independent areas as needed. Flexibility is not just a design principle but a testament to the adaptability of the office environment.
Even in the smallest things, ZIKZAK Architects emphasized coherence and style. The result is a laconic office environment that not only aligns with ING Bank’s corporate identity but elevates it to a new standard of modern elegance.
ING Bank’s Kyiv office is a testament to the commitment of blending aesthetics with functionality. As a result, ZIKZAK Architects created a workspace where innovation meets sophistication, creating an environment where business thrives in style.
