The seamless integration of the park and the architectural structure defines Poetica’s unique ambiance. This design philosophy reflects in the fluid lines of the layout, creating an inviting atmosphere that beckons both guests and residents into the heart of the building. Notably, a central element, the spiral staircase, serves as a visual and functional focal point. Its organic form harmoniously guides visitors through the park area, enhancing the overall experience of connectivity between nature and architectural design.
The aesthetic charm of Poetica extends to its interiors, where the walls are adorned with a light cream plaster meticulously crafted to mimic the texture and appearance of natural stone. This design choice not only imparts a sense of sophistication but also resonates with the overall theme of the surrounding park. In the lounge area, the decor further amplifies the natural park theme, creating a seamless visual continuity that enhances the ambiance of the space. The intentional use of materials and motifs in the interior design contributes to a harmonious blend of elegance and nature-inspired aesthetics.
Burgundy takes center stage as Poetica’s signature color, weaving its rich and luxurious tapestry through the fabric of upholstered furniture. This deep, sophisticated hue not only graces the furnishings but also interlaces throughout the space, infusing a sense of status and nobility into the entire interior. The strategic use of burgundy adds layers of character, creating a distinctive and refined atmosphere that resonates with the elegance inherent in the design.
The lobby group serves as a seamless extension of the established design concept in the hall, maintaining a harmonious continuity throughout the space. The thoughtful design elements and aesthetic choices present in the hall flow effortlessly into the lobby, creating a cohesive and visually pleasing environment.
