A multi-format venue on the rooftop of a business centre—bar, restaurant and large-scale event space rolled into one. Every zone is united by a single concept: an exquisite garden where natural elements are woven into a contemporary urban setting, each room carrying its own character yet sharing the same design DNA.
Roof Bar

Where the city ends and the garden begins

Up on the top floor, the city loosens its grip. It unfolds as a panorama beyond the glass, giving way to greenery, stone, fabric and light. The architectural language is built on a dialogue between the organic and the crafted: living plants sit alongside patinated wrought iron, Italian marble floors catch the shadows of canopies above, and carefully scripted lighting scenarios turn each evening into a story of its own.
The colour palette holds everything together—muted greens, velvety burgundy, warm gold tones and neutral olive accents. This is not decoration; it is the coordinate system every zone exists within.
A portal between tempos
The lobby is the switching point. An artful composition of living plants resets the pace the moment you step in—shifting from the rush of the street to something slower and more intriguing. The greenery is specifically chosen for low maintenance and indoor resilience, so the space works without a team of gardeners on standby.

Further along the hall, textures and colours build. Crystals on the ceiling reflect off the Italian marble floor; the interplay of light and shadow draws you into an otherworldly garden where your body is still in the city but your attention has already left. A large mirror catching the reflection of the lounge doubles as a ready-made photo spot—no extra staging required.

An orangery on the horizon
The bar is framed by elements of a refined orangery: delicate patterns of hand-forged ironwork made to bespoke sketches, topped with a canopy of lightweight fabric engineered for high sound absorption. Living plants are tucked inside the canopy—their shadows seep through the cloth, producing a natural pattern that shifts with the angle of the light and the time of day.

The window seating area is deliberately restrained. The cityscape beyond the glass is strong enough to speak for itself, and competing with it would be a misstep. Solid oak tables, understated frosted-glass pendants, and columns clad in a textured bark finish made from eco-friendly materials—the kind of surface you instinctively want to run your hand across. Touch becomes another layer of experiencing the space.

Light as director
Instead of static illumination, a scenario-driven approach. Concealed LED strips, bespoke handcrafted fixtures and caustic light effects combine into a shifting, layered composition. In the presentation area, a caustic luminaire casts rippling patterns onto draped curtains—reminiscent of sunlight filtering through leaves. Perforated designer fixtures shaped like oversized foliage throw shadows that echo the real greenery nearby. Light here does not merely fill the room; it scripts the mood of the evening, unfolding the garden theme on a purely emotional level.

One space, a hundred scenarios
The venue is engineered for formats ranging from an intimate dinner to a full-scale event for 150 guests. An innovative system of movable partitions allows rapid reconfiguration. Overhead, a bespoke installation of softly draped fabrics evokes drifting clouds, lending the volume a sense of effortless flow.
A stage zone is defined by a contrasting floor finish. Opposite it sits a lounge with marble-topped tables and cocoon sofas offering clear sightlines to the stage, while a large screen for presentations and backdrops hides behind the curtains. A directional sound system ensures flawless acoustics at every point in the room.

The second entrance is punctuated by art objects—arches of patinated metal that read as portals into the garden. Programmable RGB lighting turns them into a photo zone, and between the arches sits a cosy nook with velvet-upholstered armchairs.
A dedicated presentation area with a wide-angle laser projector and refined acoustics seats up to 30. Hefty communal tables in dark walnut, a statement chandelier shaped like layered cross-sections of a tree trunk, and heavy natural-fibre curtains—everything here is set up for private corporate events or high-stakes meetings in full seclusion.

Privacy behind a screen of green
The tête-à-tête area is screened off by living greenery that doubles as sound insulation. Acoustic panels concealed behind decorative elements ensure conversations stay private. Over a cup of coffee with the city spread out below, you can sign a deal or simply share a quiet evening for two.

The lounge booths are a world apart. Walls lined with vivid, almost theatrical hand-painted panels; velvet curtains with a high sound-absorption rating sealing off the rest of the venue. Italian-made olive leather armchairs and a chandelier that recalls the cage of an exotic bird complete the feel of a private salon.

The Restaurant & Event Hall is a hospitality project where modern technology, natural materials and creative vision converge in a single space. City and nature do not compete here—they coexist, high above the relentless pace of the streets. A refined pause for those who have had enough of concrete and haste.
