The Windfall office in Dubai embraces a fully open workspace concept, adorned with warm and natural colors complemented by exquisite and timeless materials. The office is thoughtfully organized into distinct zones, featuring well-defined meeting rooms, a spacious collaborative area, and a dedicated conference room. This ergonomic zoning creates a harmonious balance between functionality and aesthetics, fostering a conducive environment for both focused work and collaborative engagements within the office space.

The office also has spacious modern lounges for everyday work. Here the team can hold meetings with VIP clients and partners. ZIKZAK Architects set out to convey the context of the building’s exterior, gloss, and interior status. It was important that the impression of the building from the outside was not lost, but on the contrary, was further enhanced in the office’s interior. We chose the atmosphere of a luxury yacht as a reference and interpreted this mood in the implementation.

The meeting room exudes sophistication with its luxurious design, characterized by a captivating blend of black and copper hues. smart lighting enhances the room’s ambiance, casting a stylish and refined atmosphere. Organic, nature-inspired forms further contribute to the aesthetic, creating a harmonious and visually pleasing environment. As an added touch, the meeting room offers a stunning view of the vibrant cityscape of Dubai, providing a backdrop that seamlessly integrates with the overall design, making it an ideal space for both productive meetings and immersive experiences.
