A non-standard idea helped to maintain the rhythm of the complex with the internal dynamics of the interiors.

In an elite Kiev residential complex, the union of two apartments into a single apartment allowed ZIKZAK studio to create a comfortable private zone for the owner. The bedroom is separated from the dressing room by a glass partition and leads to a private bathroom.

Blueprints. Practical implementation of planning solutions. What walls to demolish, where to put partitions and built-in furniture, what materials are used to finish the floor, walls and ceiling in each room.

WHY A DESIGNER'S AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION IS SO IMPORTANT

People tend to make mistakes, save money and be lazy. No one better than the author of the project will not notice small deviations from the original idea, mistakes and shortcomings in the work of the construction team, which can lead to significant problems. Unlike the foreman and builders, the studio representatives know what the result should be in the end, how and what works.

The designer identifies the problem at the stage of the minimum expenditure of money and time to solve it. During the field supervision, ZIKZAK employees quickly make adjustments to the initial project, if new factors are identified.

If the work was carried out in violation of the design conditions or in the course of the work the customer decided to deviate from the agreed and approved design project, this is his right and risk.
