Vilayet Campus – project of the future

The fact that the world after the pandemic and the return to normal life will not be the same is no longer in doubt. People positively perceived many areas of our life, which, thanks to quarantine, have fully gone online. Education, medicine, even beauty salons have managed to move to online life. Now we choose “pocket specialists” who are always in touch, rather than going to the city center, wasting time, standing in line, for the provision of services. The coronavirus plunged us into a new reality with work from home, closed borders, unwillingness to once again contact with people and the desire to live in an ecological environment.

The ZIKZAK studio team has developed a new solution for a comfortable life in quarantine conditions – Vilayet Campus. This is the embodiment of the idea of the Garden City, a small settlement that retains all the best features of the city.

The quarantine period has radically changed the lives and thinking of many. But the main question still remains, how to connect daily life, work, leisure and pandemic?
Vilayet Campus operates in two modes:

1. Normal mode. When a resident spends in society all the time except sleeping.
2. Quarantine mode. When life is spent in maximum loneliness, and all social contacts are minimized.

This greatly facilitates the way to adapt to the situations of the surrounding world.

They consist of transformer modules that are assembled from ready-made panels and already with an integrated engineering system.

Offered in 3 configurations:
1. for 1-2 people – 1 module (36 m²) – 32 pcs.
2. family for 3-4 people – 2 modules (72 m²) – 48 pcs.
3. chalets for 4 or more people – 4 modules (144 m²) – 9 pcs.

They consist of a frame and inflatable cells.
Eight meeting units, each allowing meetings for 4, 10 or more people.

Covers an area of 2000 m2 and accommodates:

1. event hаll – 67.26 m²
2. coworking – 393.36 m²
3.food court – 256.69 m²
4.administration office – 280.32 m2
5. gym with pool – 780.14 m²
6. Shops – 223.29 m²

As you can see, on the territory of the garden city, there is a wide range of all the necessary benefits for life, entertainment, recreation and, most importantly, health.

The campus has 20 sports areas and the walking and cycling paths are 2.3 km long. On the territory there is a lake with an area of 8.2 thousand square meters and a beach area of 5.1 thousand square meters.
The observation deck, which is 80m high, offers a stunning panoramic view.
The Garden City has 160 parking spaces for residents and an additional 40 parking spaces for Vilayet Campus guests.

Vilayet Campus is a whole functional city with a fully formed infrastructure. ZIKZAK monitors all trends and problems, we create life concepts that are flexible to future global situations.
