In the heart of a prestigious Class A+ business center, ZIKZAK Architects undertook a transformative project – designing a workspace that transcends the conventional. Tasked with creating a stress-free space for 49 employees of a prominent development company, the space seamlessly blends functionality with comfort. This innovative office concept integrates classrooms, meeting rooms, and an open space, fostering collaboration while ensuring tranquility.

ZIKZAK Architects ingeniously brought together the lush richness of a rainforest and the sleek, futuristic allure of light, glass, and metal. This harmonious fusion extends beyond aesthetics – it’s a design philosophy founded on the principle of synergy. Within this space, the collaboration of elements doesn’t just create a visually stunning environment – it becomes a catalyst for the birth of innovative ideas. The office transcends the ordinary, nurturing a workplace where the organic and the cutting-edge meet, fostering an atmosphere where creativity thrives in the embrace of nature and technology.

The ZIKZAK Architects team combined the design features of the premises with the comfort and coziness of an eco-friendly office:

• The radial space along the natural light of the panoramic glazing of the building is divided into offices for employees and management;
• Internal volume divided into functional closed spaces of meeting rooms, communication center and community bar combined with open reception areas, lobby, lounge areas;
• Each workstation is a meticulously crafted ergonomic space, intertwines with purposeful connectivity, all while safeguarding confidentiality of each worker.

Every detail breathes life into the atmosphere, creating a workspace where the charm of nature converges seamlessly with cutting-edge design.

• Nature’s Palette: Infuse the ambience with the serene hues of the tropics –  elegant blacks, soothing grays, rich browns, and vibrant corals, harmoniously complemented by the vibrant greenery of living plants.
• Bionic Elegance: Interiors and furniture gracefully embrace streamlined forms, evoking a futuristic yet organic allure.
• Vertical Oases: Vertical lines dance across wall decorations, while narrow open shelves and meeting room frames, intertwined with lush plants, transport you into the midst of a living forest.
• Natural Retreats: Sink into sofas and ottomans in the lobby and lounge areas, reminiscent of nature’s own boulders and corals, offering a comfortable and visually esthetic retreat.
